1. The Manly Hotel Rewards Card remains the property of the Hotel.

2. The Cardholder agrees to use it in the manner specified by management and must surrender it immediately on demand.

3. The Manly Hotel Rewards Club Card is for the exclusive use of the registered member and is not transferrable.

4. The Manly Hotel Rewards Club Card is a privilege granted to loyal and active Hotel patrons and may be revoked or cancelled at managements discretion at any time.

5. Fraudulent use of the Card will result in immediate and permanent withdrawal of your card and all of it's privileges.

6. Your Rewards Points may not be bartered, brokered or sold and may not be transferred.

7. Cardholders can not authorise others to claim Rewards Points on their card.

8. When redeeming Rewards Points your signature will be required.

9. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.  Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards or for points redeemed.

10. Replacement cards will be issued by management at a cost to the cardholder.

11. Management reserves the right to:
     - adjust any points balance resulting from malfunction,
        operational errors or fraud.
     - Alter or cancel this program at any time without notice.
     - Vary the conditions of the program with specific promotions.
     - All decisions made by Management are final and binding.

12. Use of the Manly Hotel Rewards Club Card indicates your understanding and acceptance of the foregoing rules and all other terms and conditions which may from time to time involve other specific Manly Hotel Rewards promotions.
